An all you can eat/you can eat it all buffet Antipasto - Caesar salad - Tilapia in a mushroom/Chablis sauce -Eggplant parmesan - Chicken giambatti(with peppers, mushrooms, sausage, roasted potatoes and caramelized onions) - pasta with a light sauce-green beans - topped off with Rick’s special: his grandmother’s vegetables. For dessert: Fresh fruit or Italian rum cake
