CHARITY DAY

I just received a call from PC Allan Fink.
The Tomorrow's Children's Fund Charity Day, which was set for Wednesday, June 28th has been postponed by the Charity. Allan is working with the Charity to reset a date for later in the summer. Reasons for the postponement are health related issues.
I want to thank everyone who volunteered to participate and we will issue a rain check for another date.

Boat Certification Course

All of you boaters out there do know that the State has mandated that boat operation certification is now required.
(Eli... that includes mo-peds)
Jerry Grosslicht has been working on getting the information on how to get certified.
We need to know how many of you boaters would be interested in taking the course and tests.
There are a few options that are available to us.
Please contact Jerry at 973-598-1094 to let him know what your interests are
(If Bobbie answers give her a reservation for Roman Holiday evening, then talk to Jerry)

TENNIS

The response has been overwhelming for the tennis program. We now have decided to try and get the geese to crap on the courts and leave the docks alone.

Hank has spent countless hours studying the problem with the geese & bird crap on the docks.  He found out that coyotes will scare birds & geese. So he bought a coyote and put it on the dock. It must have worked because someone stole the coyote. He now has a talking owl out there. I don't think that's working because no one has stolen it. Hank is now back in the library studying the situation. I promise I will not allow him to buy an elephant.

New to our website you will find a link to the NJ Maritime Police. They requested the link because it will give everyone information regarding safety  and security issues related to 9/11. In return for putting their link on our website they promised to find our coyote.

Toby Harwood requests that whomever (she can't remember who) she lent the documentary CD of Sister Rose to, please return it. You can either give it back to her or her husband, whose name she can't remember at the moment.
